Terms of Service

BrainBucks is a Proof of Concept in a testing phase. The service operates under a beta testing licence that prioritises performance feedback over service stability, and is believed to contain defects. You assume all risks associated with those defects and with potential data loss.
1. Performance and reliability
1.1 No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. There are no commitments regarding performance or reliability, no uptime commitment, and no Service Level Agreement.
1.2 Service modifications
Individual features, or the entire preview, may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice to you.
2. Intellectual property and feedback
2.1 Your content
You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
2.2 Feedback
Any suggestions, bug reports or other feedback you provide grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use and exploit that information, without obligation or compensation to you.
3. Liability and restrictions
3.1 Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse-engineer the service;
- use the service to build a competing product;
- violate the rights of any third party.
3.3 Prohibited data
You are strictly forbidden from processing sensitive personal information in this preview, including health data regulated under HIPAA and payment card data regulated under PCI DSS. See Security in the Privacy Policy for the full limitations.
